Week 74: Batismo and companion #13
Olá pessoal, tudo bem com vocês??
Highlight of the week was the baptism of Patrícia. She had been meeting with missionaries for almost a year and finally made the decision to be baptized. The baptism was even more special when her husband Julio was able to baptize her. He is a pretty recent convert himself, so this was a very special event for them and their whole family.
With all the new Americans coming to the mission we had a mini transfer. Sister Hinton left me which I am really sad about and I am now companions with Sister Cannon from Portland, Oregon! She has been here in Brazil for about four months and is amazing. We are pretty sure she is going to be my last companion but we already know that there is another transfer happening this coming week, so who knows what will happen!! We also went on exchanges and had MLC this week, so it has been a little chaotic around here. But we have seen so many miracles between having eight people at church and finally getting back in contact with people we were teaching. The Lord is really blessing our efforts here in Louveira!
I hope you all have a great week and I will see you all really soon!!!
Com muito amor,
Sister Johnson
