Week 28: Staying in Springfield!
Hello everyone!
It was another crazy busy week here in Springfield! We had Zone Conference and our Mission President talked to us about the importance of having hope. We talked about how hope is an abiding trust in the Lord and that He will fulfill His promises! In times like these, we can always trust that if we are obedient and follow God's commandments, we can expect blessings! This message was extremely helpful to our friend Eve. She's had a pretty rough life, but when we talk to her about hope in Jesus Christ and how He can help her in any circumstance, there is a noticeable change in her. Hope is powerful!
Also, I am not getting transferred! All three of us were really worried we were going to be split up because of all the craziness with other missionaries going home before Christmas. Thankfully, we all get to stay together for at least two more weeks and spend Christmas together!! I would love to receive any Christmas cards, and thanks to all those who have already sent them my way! My address is:
5819 Aster St. Apartment 4

I hope you all have a wonderful week before Christmas! If you haven't seen the Christ Child video yet, give it a watch!
Love,
Sister Johnson
