Week 29: Feliz Natal!!
Oi!
Well we have officially entered the best week of the whole year!!! I seriously love this time of year. What better time to be a missionary than now, where people all over the globe are focusing on Jesus Christ?!? Trick question, there isn't.
This week I got to experience what the pre-COVID missionaries did, knocking on a door! Our Bishop gave us a name of someone to go and visit, so we had to go and knock on their door because there was no other way for us to get in contact. So we took one of the older missionaries with us so we had someone who actually kind of has an idea of what to do, and it turned out to be a great interaction! So door approach accomplished!
Besides that, we didn't have the world's greatest week here. Our friend Eve yelled at us for 10 minutes about how she hates when we ask her how much she smoked (she asked us to do that-not our idea), our friend Kristoph walked out of Church after 10 minutes, and Britt and Chel cancelled on us again. So any prayers on their behalf would be greatly appreciated!!
I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and eat lots of good food and sing some good songs! Remember the reason for the season and that you are so loved!
Love,
Sister Johnson!!
